Avoid credit card fees on your utility bill
Starting June, credit card payments will have a 2.35% processing fee. For example, a $100 utility bill would have a $2.35 credit card fee.
In the past, the City covered this cost. Like many other cities and utilities, we’re now passing that fee on to customers. The City does not keep the fee.
You can avoid credit card fees by using other payment options. To avoid the fee, switch before June 1.

Standard Access allows limited account access, including account balance and payment, billing and usage histories. No registration is required for Standard Access.Users cannot Make Payment on Standard Access. Use Quick Pay button below.
Premium Access offers a full set of account-access options and self-service options, including e-bill registration, creation of service requests, enrollment in recurring payment plans, and account-profile management. You will need to create an online account for premium access.
